Today we visited the Life Education Caravan.
Our teacher was Kapa.
We are learning about healthy food.

- *Say what a 'balanced diet' means, including the importance of choosing a wide variety of foods and drinks from all the food groups. *Say why we need to eat a variety of foods every day, and how eating a range of nutrients from different food groups gives us the energy we need to live and grow.
