More Rio 2016

Problem Solving 
in 
Rata Tahi

Today we did some problem solving about the Olympic games

Firstly we read the problem....


We talked about uniforms and what the word combinations meant. We looked at our own clothes and the different ways we put things together or combinations.

Then we worked in groups and found how many different combinations the athletes could wear....









Lastly we put our combinations on a chart to display our results.



Together we found out there were 9 combinations or different ways of putting the uniforms together.
